Wrong Item / Missing Item
Please contact us within 7 business days after package has been delivered. Pictures may be requested. For exchange items, replacement items will be shipped after original items have been received.
Quality Issues
Quality issues with the product must be reported within 14 days after product has been delivered. Please email supporting pictures of your claim to info@formosafood.com. Item will either be exchanged or refunded upon customer request.
General Returns
Returns or exchanges will be accepted on unopened product within 14 days after delivery. Shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
